Terms

EBY is a Hebrew practice app. You talk with EBY by phone or in the browser, and EBY turns that conversation into practice and flashcards.
Using EBY
You sign in with a phone number. Website signup also asks for your name and email. A phone call can open an account from the number you used. Use a number you are allowed to use.
EBY is not for children under 13. Do not use EBY if you are under 13. The phone greeting asks you to confirm you are 16 or older.
Your conversations
Phone call audio, transcripts, and a measure of your speech can be stored in Supabase. EBY uses them to run the service: flashcards, memory of past calls, and lessons. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Voice is processed by the providers named there, including OpenAI, Twilio, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, and Railway.
Do not use EBY to break the law, to harm someone else, or to send content you have no right to share.
Deletion and contact
You can delete your account in Settings. To ask a question about these terms, email leah@speakeby.com.
